In 1970, motivated by the dream of going further, the founder of Ninfa Alimentos, Hugo Zadinello acquired a modest bakery in the center of Medianeira, in Paraná. Despite having short experience with baking and an extremely low stock, Hugo and his brothers started to make breads and then they began to sell them on the region.

The entrepreneurial spirit of the brothers Zadinello, plus the propicious moment the region was going through, allowed the small business to grow quickly. Soon, the establishment would also serve customers from Vera Cruz do Oeste to Foz do Iguaçu.

That was when the desire to grow even further appeared! Now baking cookies, in 1979, Hugo and his brothers founded the Ninfa Alimentos Industry. The bakery continued working along with the baking of cookies for some time, but in 1983 It was officially disabled.

Since then Ninfa has not stopped growing. Investing in quality and always looking for the satisfaction of its customers, the company conquered Parana and in a short time was already spread throughout Brazil. In 1996, however, the Zadinello brothers decided to follow separate ways. But, while the others were behind side projects, Hugo kept on investing in his dream.

Therefore, today Ninfa Alimentos has 680 employees, with the ability of producing more than 200 tons of food, always keeping the entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and ethics that have allowed a small business to grow and become nationally recognized.
